Portable shaft end lathe, also known as journal lathe or journal turning lathe, is applicable to on-site maintenance and turning of shaft outer diameter made of steel, copper and stainless steel, mainly used for external processing of circle, chamfer, the processing and repair of various large-scale engineering equipment such as spindles, drive shaft shaft ends, bearing assembly surfaces, etc., which solves the problems of on-site processing of large spindles, such as wind power spindles.

Portable shaft end lathe is one of the Xinda portable machine tools, which is installed at the end of the workpiece. It is widely used for shaft end machining of large-scale wind power generation, ships and power plants. The machine is easy to install and has the characteristics of fast calibration speed, strong power, good flexibility and high accuracy. The machine adopts the method of fixed clamping to install on the spindle end surface, and the spindle to be processed maintains the coaxial axis, to achieve the turning processing of the shaft end circle, the equipment is small and flexible, easy to assemble, high processing accuracy, in addition, the operator has low requirements, and simple training can be completed.
